In order to better serve you, please provide a detailed job specification list. The job specification list should either be uploaded with the file in a separate document or
e-mailed. Below we have provided a few things you should remember to include.
Please email us to let us know that you have uploaded a file to our FTP server.

Contact information: It is important that we can contact you if we have any problems. A phone number must be inlcuded. This will prevent any job delays.

Paper Stock: What type of paper would you like. What weight, and finish. These all greatly affect the quality and price of the job

Dimensions: What are the actual dimensions of the job. How big will it be after trimming or folding.

Quantity: How many would you like.

Duplexing: If the document is double
sided, it is important that we are made aware of this.

Binding: If the job is a book or pamphlet, does it require any special binding.
ie: Coil binding, Saddle Stitch, or staples.

Folding: Does the finished product need to be folded. We have machines that can fold documents for you, saving you time.

Trimming: Does file require trimming. If so you must mark off cut lines.

Special considerations: Does the file require a die cut or lamination. Are there perforations or scoring required.

Detailed Description: As well as listing the particulars, you should also provide us with a detailed description of the overall finished appearance. This allows us to see where we may improve the job or make suggestions to cut your cost.

FTP HeaderUPLOAD FILES TO OUR FTP SERVER

Boylan Imaging now provides you with a FTP (File Transfer Protocol) server in order to better serve your needs. This will allow you to achieve all your printing needs without ever having to leave the office.

In order to successfully transfer your files to us, it is important that you carefully follow the instructions below.

STEP 1

Download and install a FTP Client. A FTP client is a small program that will allow you to easily drag and drop files to our server once you are connected. There are several FTP clients to choose from. We have recommended two FREE clients on the right.

Follow the instructions that the FTP clients have provided to correctly install the program.

STEP 2

Using the FTP address below, create a new connection profile in your FTP client. A connection profile is like an address card, any time you need to connect to Boylan Imaging, all of the information will already be there.

ADDRESS: boylanimaging.com
USERNAME: uploads
PASSWORD: guest

Be sure to include the correct username and password. If these are incorrectly typed, you will not be able to connect.

STEP 3
Now upload the file. Depending on the size this could take some time, so it is important to remain patient. Closing the program prematurely may corrupt the sent file.

IMPORTANT: BE SURE TO INCLUDE A COMPLETE AND DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB. A THOUROUGH AND COMPLETE LIST OF THE JOBS SPECIFICATION WILL ENSURE YOU GETTING WHAT YOU WANT. THIS WILL SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY. Customers must send us an EMAIL. BE SURE THE EMAIL CLEARLY SPECIFIES FOR WHAT FILE THE SPECIFICATIONS ARE FOR. WE HAVE PROVIDED YOU WITH SOME OF THE CONSIDERATIONS THAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED.

STEP 4
Please send us an email to notify our staff that you have uploaded to our FTP server. In order to serve you better, please phone and confirm your order. This will give our professional staff a chance to go over your order with you and ensure that your are getting what you asked for. Again, this process will save you time and money.

You may phone Toll Free 1-877-272-2777 during business hours to confirm that the job has been recieved and understood.
